Natalie Eschbach is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients in complex, high‑exposure litigation nationwide. Natalie represents manufacturers, product sellers, physicians, construction companies, nonprofit organizations, and commercial entities in state and federal courts across the country. She has substantial experience trying cases to verdict and represents clients in arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. Her litigation practice spans all phases of a case, including fact and expert discovery, dispositive and trial motion practice, and appellate briefing and argument, including matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Natalie also specializes in litigation management, helping clients navigate the complexities of claims handling and litigation strategy to develop efficient, cost-effective approaches to minimize risk and protect their interests. She serves as national coordinating counsel for Allied Universal Services (AUS), a business services company that provides security services, security systems, janitorial services, and staffing services to more than half of the Fortune 500 companies in the United States. In addition to her litigation work, Natalie is nationally recognized for her leadership within the defense bar and is actively involved in professional organizations focused on product liability and automotive‑related litigation.
