Nathan White’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, first-party property and casualty defense, personal injury defense, appeals, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and general negligence cases. He handles various aspects of civil litigation, including trial practice, arbitration, fact and expert discovery, mediation, depositions, and dispositive motions. He is also experienced at advising insurance clients on coverage matters, including providing coverage opinions and reservation of rights (ROR) letters.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Nathan was an associate at another national firm and a full-service Texas-based firm. Prior to that, he practiced for several years in Utah in both private practice and as in-house counsel for the Utah Department of Workforce Services. He has also worked as a public school teacher.
