Thomas Quinn Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

quinnThomas F. Quinn (Partner-New Jersey) has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). An accomplished and well respected attorney, Tom was president of the Essex County Bar Association for the 2013-2014 term and is a past chair of its Insurance Coverage Committee.  He is also a New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

Tom’s commercial civil litigation practice spans 30 years and focuses on professional liability defense and insurance coverage. He represents lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers and other miscellaneous professionals in malpractice actions, and represents insurance companies in coverage disputes and rendering coverage opinions. He also has a general commercial litigation practice, including class actions.

His accomplishments have been lauded by the industry, having been ranked by Chambers USA as a Leading Lawyer in the Insurance Litigation since 2009 and earning an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, among other awards.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
