Dean Scores Dismissal of 18 Asbestos Cases with 386 Plaintiffs

Audra Dean (Of Counsel-Dallas) recently obtained dismissals without payment of 18 asbestos cases filed against the firm’s client, a multi-industry company that owns market-leading businesses which provide products and services to the industrial, energy, transportation and construction sectors. A total of 386 plaintiffs sued the defendant in several counties in Arkansas for negligence and strict product liability. Ms. Dean aggressively defended the cases and ultimately convinced plaintiffs' counsel to dismiss without payment from all 386 plaintiffs' claims against the defendant.
