December 12, 2017

Nick Caiazzo - Partner - Willson Elser with United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel AlitoOn November 5, 2017, Nick Caiazzo (Partner-New York) “had the incredible honor of being invested into knighthood along with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.” The cadence of Nick’s words bespeaks the solemnity with which one views his investiture into the United States Delegation of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George in Washington, D.C. at the Cathedral of St. Matthew. Along with 12 others, Nick and Justice Alito were knighted by Princess Béatrice Marie Caroline Louise Françoise of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, the eldest daughter of Prince Ferdinand, Duke of Castro. The Order dates back to Emperor Constantine and is considered one of the most ancient among the Orders of Knighthood. It is the only religious order formally recognized by the Republic of Italy and registered at Italy's corporate register. Membership comprises Knights and Dames admitted in four categories: Justice, Special, Grace and Merit, each formalizing the official title of Cavaliere (Sir).
