O’Connor Appointed to Operations Committee of the NJSBA Pandemic Task Force

Carolyn O’Connor (Partner-New Jersey) has accepted an appointment to the Law Firm Opening and Operations Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s statewide Pandemic Task Force. The Task Force will oversee five special committees focused on (1) Law Firm Opening and Operations, (2) Resuming Jury Trials (Civil and Criminal), (3) Practice of Law Issues, (4) Courthouse Operations and Logistics and (5) Access to Justice. The goal of the Task Force is to provide resources, information and relevant guidance in each of these critical areas to the New Jersey legal community, the Governor, the State Legislature and the N.J. Supreme Court.  NJSBA Secretary Christine Amalfe will chair the Law Firm Opening and Operations Committee, designated to address issues specific to law firms of all sizes and provide recommendations and guidance for opening and maintaining safe and healthy law office environments for lawyers, employees and clients. Carolyn was selected for her unique experience as a member of the Wilson Elser’s Executive Committee and the regional managing partner of the firm’s New Jersey office, as well as her expertise in the legal community.
