BTI Consulting Group Counts Wilson Elser among 39 Most Feared Firms in Litigation

Wilson Elser, for the second year in a row, was citied in BTI Consulting’s annual survey of top legal decision makers among the 39 firms most feared in litigation. These are the law firms clients do not want to see across the table in litigation. The top reasons the firms were selected are (1) they tie claims together in new ways, (2) they are on the right track with very early assessments, (3) they are decisive and confident, and (4) they are not bound by convention.
