Wilson Elser Ranks in Top Third of Law360 Glass Ceiling Report

While gender parity remains an elusive goal in the legal industry, Law 360’s 2022 Glass Ceiling Report: Women in Law suggests the balance of power is slowly shifting in the right direction and that Wilson Elser is doing its part.
According to the survey, of the 75 law firms with at least 601 attorneys, Wilson Elser ranks 21st in its representation of women. This places us in the top third.
