Wilson Elser Partners Turn Professors for CLM Litigation Management Institute

Wilson Elser attorney Thomas Quinn (Partner-New Jersey) has volunteered to be part of the teaching staff for the Council of Litigation Management (CLM) Litigation Management Institute. The Litigation Management Institute is a new three-day CLM program “designed to bridge the gap between legal theory and litigation strategy, and the business aspects of litigation management,” according the article written on the topic for CLM’s publication Litigation Management magazine. This year’s institute will be held October 28-30, at Columbia Law School in New York City.

 Mr. Quinn will teach the class course, Document and File Management. The other seven classes that will be offered include: Alternative Fee Arrangements vs. Traditional Hourly Fees; Client Relations, Expectations and Confidentiality; Coverage Perspectives; Evaluation and Assessment, Impact Reporting and Reserving; Fundamentals of Risk Transfer; Practical Aspects of Litigation Management – Strategic Implementation; and Reserving and Data Management on Actuarial Perspective.
