Diana Estrada (Partner-Los Angeles, CA) will provide key analysis of the most recent state and federal cases impacting the wage-and-hour litigation landscape in California on November 16, 2021. “California Wage & Hour Update,” a one-hour webinar on Day Two of Wilson Elser’s Employment & Labor Law Summit, also will cover the practical implications on day-to-day practices of employers with regard to meal and rest break premium calculations, rounding, overtime rate calculations, settlement agreements and the ABC Test, among others.
