Wilson Elser is pleased to present a “COVID-19 Year-End Update” on Day Three of our Employment & Labor Law Summit on November 17, 2021. An experienced panel of firm partners will discuss the unprecedented challenges employers have been facing during the pandemic, particularly with respect to mandatory vaccination policies and best practices for evaluating reasonable accommodation requests. They also will take a close look at issues and concerns regarding the enforcement and implementation of mandatory vaccination policies, and the interplay between the ADA, EEOC, FMLA, OSHA, state sick leave laws and state workers’ compensation laws with respect to the COVID-19 vaccines.

*Each program is 60 minutes long. Note: If you are licensed in NY, this content is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced NY attorneys. Although, this content is appropriate for all NY attorneys, newly admitted attorneys cannot earn CLE credit for the completion of the course when presented via webinar or webcast, however NY has issued a temporary ruling that newly admitted attorneys can receive Skills credit via webinar or webcast through June 30, 2022, due to the ongoing pandemic.
