NEW YORK (February 13, 2013) – National law firm Wilson Elser is pleased to announce the promotion of nine attorneys to partner. They include:

• Philip J. DeNoia (New York Metro): Philip DeNoia focuses his litigation practice on the defense of premises and security officer liability, construction accident liability, product liability, and Dram Shop claims brought in the five boroughs of New York City and in various counties throughout New York state. He graduated magna cum laude from Manhattanville College with his B.A. (1997) and from Pace University School of Law with his J.D. (2000).
  
  
• Jennafer G. Groswith (Dallas): Jennafer Groswith is member the e-Discovery, General Liability & Casualty, Medical Malpractice & Health Care, Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices, Product Liability Professional Liability & Services/Architects & Engineers, Toxic Tort and Transportation practices. She graduated with her B.A. and M.A. from Stanford University (1997, 1998) and with her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (2001).
  
  
• Christine A. Knipper (Boston): Christine Knipper’s practice focuses on general, professional and product liability. She graduated with her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (1997) and cum laude with her J.D. from Boston University School of Law (2001).
  
  
• Daniel J. Morse (New York Metro): Daniel Morse focuses his practice on the defense of general liability and casualty cases involving personal injury and property damage claims. Mr. Morse spent much of 2011 doing pro bono work for Partners in Prosecution, a program through the King’s County District Attorney’s Office, and last year, he organized post-Sandy pro bono efforts. He graduated cum laude from State University of New York at Plattsburgh with his B.A. (1994) and from Pace University School of Law with his J.D. (2000).
  
  
• Eric W.F. Niederer (Connecticut) Eric Niederer handles health-care liability, product liability, catastrophic loss and high-exposure matters in state and federal court. In 2011, he was named one of Fairfield County’s “40 under 40” by the Fairfield County Business Journal and in 2012 was named to the “New Leaders in Law” by the Connecticut Law Tribune. He also has been named to the Super Lawyers list of “Rising Stars” 2010-2012. He earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut (1995) and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law (2001).
  
  
• Beata Shapiro (Connecticut) Beata Shapiro's practice is focused in defense of claims in the area of transportation law, (including catastrophic injury, cargo damage, freight charges, property damage, and regulatory compliance), product liability, premise liability, and general liability. She handles cases in the state and federal courts of CT, NY, MA, RI, MI, PA, AR, and many other states.  She earned her B.A. from Boston College (2000) and her M.B.A. and J.D. from Northeastern University (2004).
  
  
• Dov. G. Sternberg (New York Metro) Dov Sternberg focuses on the defense of high-exposure medical malpractice claims. He graduated cum laude from Queens College of the City University of New York with a B.A. (1998) and cum laude from Brooklyn Law School with a J.D. (2002).
  
  
• Kathleen H. Warin (Washington, DC) Kathleen Warin concentrates her legal practice on complex civil litigation, including professional liability and commercial liability cases. She earned her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (2000) and her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, J.D. (2004).
