Wilson Elser’s Gardner and Holmes Accept Invitations to Join the Council on Litigation Management
NEW YORK (August 4, 2011) – National law firm Wilson Elser has announced that David M. Holmes has accepted invitations to join the Council on Litigation Management (CLM), an invitation-only organization.
CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. CLM’s mission is to further the practice of litigation management through dedication, inclusion, collaboration, education, communication and identification.
Attorneys and law firms are invited to join based on nominations from CLM Fellows - risk managers, claims managers and adjusters, general counsel, insurance company executives, brokers and service providers.
In addition to now having 30 members of CLM, Wilson Elser has been involved in the organization in a number of ways, including helping to create the group; sitting on the Advisory Council; participating on committees at various levels; and sponsoring meeting and events.
Mr. Holmes, regional managing partner of the Chicago office, has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of product liability, commercial, employment, professional liability, toxic tort and insurance coverage. He has tried cases in the federal and state courts, as well as argued appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court and Illinois Supreme Court.. He is a prolific writer and speaker to both business and legal audiences.
