New Jersey partners Thomas F. Quinn and Katherine E. Tammaro will join a panel on “The Latest on Pandemic-Related Insurance and Broker Malpractice Issues” at a May 4, 2020, online lunch and learn sponsored by the Essex County Bar Foundation. Topics will include potentially responsive insurance policies; important coverage grants/exclusions in available policies, including general liability and business interruption policies; likely disputes over civil authority and communicable disease and virus exclusions; controlling NJ law on physical damage requirements; notice and documenting issues; proposed legislation; and tips for handling claims. The program will conclude with a Question & Answer session with the speakers.
