John Loringer (Partner-Milwaukee) will appear on a panel titled "These Issues Will Get Your Heart Rate Up: Fitness Equipment" at the 2020 CLM Focus: Diversity & Inclusion, Product Liability, Transportation, Claims & Litigation event to be held online June 24-25, 2020. Attendees will learn about product liability claims involving fitness equipment and who the correct entities are to sue (gym owner or manufacturer); how releases and waivers may protect gym owners; evidentiary issues involving spoliation, maintenance, useful safe life and proper design; user error/misconduct; warnings and labels. This session will get to the “core” of claims involving all manner of exercise equipment.
