Bruno Katz (Partner-San Diego) will present “Employment Issues Arising as Hospitality Reopens,” a one-hour webinar sponsored by the Federal Bar Association CLE Online and myLawCLE on July 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. Bruno will discuss legal strategies and best practices specifically for the hospitality industry as they prepare to reopen locations to workers and welcome back the public. Topics include developing pandemic prevention plans for reopening and preparing for public access; preparing and executing a screening process; developing a communication strategy; and case studies and FAQs from hospitality employers around work in the COVID-19 environment, including questions on health insurance, FFCRA leave requests, and avoiding discrimination and harassment claims.
