Elizabeth Sandza (Senior Counsel-Washington, DC), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), North America Branch and Chair of the District of Columbia Chapter, will appear on a panel, “‘Schein’-ing a Light on Circuit Splits: Non-Signatories, Delegation and the Coming Battle over Arbitration Discovery under 28 U.S.C. § 1782,” sponsored by the CIArb on September 15, 2020.
