Anjali C. Das (Partner-Chicago, IL) joined an international panel of Legalign Global cybersecurity attorneys on April 14, 2021, for a webinar presentation titled “We’ve Been Hacked! Now What?”. Anjali and the panel discussed how issues surrounding cyber-attacks are handled in their respective jurisdictions, and explored best practices in response to a data breach, government investigations arising from cyber-attacks and data breach class actions.
