Jeremy Stephenson (Of Counsel-Charlotte, NC) will present the ethics portion of a National Business Institute (NBI) course titled “Employment Law 2022” on December 28, 2021, and a recording will be accessible by December 31, 2021. The seven-hour program will cover the latest updates in labor and employment law that new or existing attorneys in the field need to understand. Jeremy’s one-hour portion will address conflicts of interest, professional conduct, confidentiality and attorneys’ fees as they relate to ethics.
