Jianlin Song (Partner-San Francisco, CA) will present a Medmarc webinar titled “Out of EUA – FDA’s Guidance & Recommendations” on March 22, 2022. In this follow-up to her July 2021 Medmarc webinar, Jianlin will discuss the FDA’s new guidelines for medical devices that were granted Emergency Use Authorization (EAU). Jianlin will review the FDA’s recommendations and help prepare companies and insurers as they return to traditional regulatory schemes.
