Jonathan Meer (Partner-New York) will moderate and lead the panel "Cyber Liability Underwriting, Coverage Issues" at the 11th Annual Cyber Liability Insurance ExecuSummit held on March 21 & 22, 2023, at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Convention Center in Uncasville, CT. Jonathan's panel of three insurers and one broker addresses cyber liability underwriting and coverage matters, including changes in underwriting forms over the past couple of years and the growing importance of the policy application and disclosures. Also discussed are the issues arising when seeking coverage under non-cyber policies following a cyber incident.
