Hon. Harriet Farber Klein (Ret.) (Of Counsel-Madison, NJ) will co-present a discussion on arbitration of employment cases at a dinner meeting of the National Employment Lawyers Association-NJ (NELA-NJ). The program, to be held at the Rutgers Club on the Livingston Campus of Rutgers University on February 15, 2023, will address a variety of legal issues and procedures involved in navigating the arbitration process and will entertain questions from attendees. NELA-NJ is part of a national organization of members of the plaintiffs’ employment bar. Judge Klein is a former employment lawyer and serves on the rosters of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for complex commercial cases and emergent matters.
