In their presentation, Jura Zibas (Partner-New York) will explain the distinctions between copyright, trademark, and patent protections and the remedies available to the aggrieved party in IP litigation. Certain types of privacy rights will also be addressed. They also will discuss the role that liability insurance often plays in IP litigation, and common insurance policy terms and their impacts, as well as other topics.

Three continuing education credits are available with completion of this course.
