Michael P. McCloskey (Of Counsel-San Diego) has been selected as a guest instructor at the Corporate Directors Forum Governance Academy program, “The Essentials of Corporate Directorship,” to be held May 14–15, 2015, at the University of San Diego, CA. Mike’s session, “What are the rules? The Director and Securities Law” covers how federal and state securities laws impact directors. This interactive two-day event emphasizes peer-to-peer dialogue led by nationally respected directors and boardroom leaders who engage attendees with real-life experiences and straight-from-the headlines developments.
