John Loringer (Partner, Milwaukee) presented “Litigation 101,” a litigation overview course sponsored by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, at Swill Re on September 20, 2016. In addition to generally examining the various phases and processes of a lawsuit, John explained the terminology and vocabulary one encounters in litigation. He used case studies that provide examples of different litigation situations as a discussion tool to address strategy issues and general questions.
