Bruno W. Katz (Partner-San Diego) was on a "Lodging Law Forum" panel, which was presented twice at the Wyndham Hotel Group Global Conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 14, 2016. Bruno handled questions from the audience, comprised of Wyndham Hotel owners and managers, on employment-specific issues related to the new federal overtime regulations, independent contractors versus employees, managers living on hotel property, ADA Title I versus III, reasonable accommodations, and wage and hour issues.
