John Loringer (Partner-Milwaukee) and Kevin Mulvaney (Of Counsel-Michigan) collaborated on “Education & Networking in Milwaukee,” a two-hour event organized by Kevin in his role as a PLUS Midwest Chapter board member and co-sponsored by Wilson Elser. John will present “E-Discovery: Best Practices & Recent Decisions,” including a review of the 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the duty of competency, and tips for containing e-discovery costs and risks.
