Nicole Rocha represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, personal injury, complex tort, auto and trucking accidents, wrongful death matters, and insurance defense. Nicole provides clients with innovative and strategic counsel to help them make better-informed decisions, resolve complex legal challenges, and achieve specific business goals.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Nicole honed her research and writing skills and gained substantial insight into litigation and courtroom proceedings as a judicial law clerk at the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia. During law school, Nicole served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
