Nicole Wolf represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. She focuses her practice on the defense of claims involving general liability and product liability, as well as admiralty and marine law.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Nicole worked at two national litigation firms in Miami, where she handled complex civil litigation and represented clients in toxic tort matters. Nicole gained valuable experience in criminal law and procedure as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted violent felony offenses and conducted ten jury trials. During law school, Nicole served as a student attorney and was a legal intern in the criminal division of the United States Department of Justice.
