For 12 of those years, she has focused on personal injury insurance defense, including commercial automobile liability, premises liability, dram shop liability, product liability, construction defects, commercial contract disputes, professional liability, and first-party insurance claims. She is skilled at preparing corporate representatives and fact witnesses for depositions and at deposing witnesses, including experts. Olga excels at forming partnerships with insured clients, conducting strategic risk evaluations tailored to their needs, understanding client goals, and advising on ways to achieve optimal outcomes, whether through litigation, negotiation, or mediation.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Olga gained extensive experience at several premiere Texas-based insurance litigation defense firms and worked for eight years in-house at one of the largest global Fortune 500 insurance companies.
