Olivia R. Manceaux represents esteemed clients in the areas of insurance, complex tort and general casualty, and commercial litigation. She ardently defends civil matters from case inception to trial or alternative dispute resolution. Her practice primarily focuses on the intricacies of substantial discovery and pre-trial motion practice, as well as appellate advocacy.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Olivia developed experience as a litigator on the defense and plaintiff's side, lending to her ability to address legal issues from every angle. She has worked at multiple premier law firms and represented corporations and individuals in a broad range of state and federal litigation matters, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, class actions, corporate matters, claims under the Longshore and Habor Workers' Compensation Act, and Jones Act claims. At Tulane University Law School, she represented survivors of abuse and partnered with Tulane's Women Project on post-conviction appeals on behalf of women unjustly facing life without parole sentences.
