Pamela Bumatay has represented individuals, small business owners and large corporations in various general liability and construction defect matters in her nearly 15 years in practice. She has handled personal injury, ranging from soft tissue to traumatic brain injuries, as well as wrongful death claims arising out of motor vehicle and construction site accidents. Additional areas of her practice involve premises liability, breach of contract, products liability and habitability/wrongful eviction matters.
Pamela has extensive experience handling cases through every stage of litigation, and takes pride in being an advocate for her clients, using discovery and motion work to advance their position, defenses and strategies. She has been successful in obtaining pertinent evidence and drafting winning motions that have disposed of or minimized claims for damages made against her clients.
