Pamela Grimes has 10 years of experience defending companies and individuals in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, fraud and transportation. Pamela has represented clients successfully in all phases of the litigation process. She also has successfully resolved wrongful death and severe injury cases early in the litigation process brought against hotel owners, non-emergency transportation companies and trucking companies.
As a former law enforcement officer, Pamela understands the importance of details and gathering all supporting facts and evidence to better represent the clients’ position in litigation. She uses her experience in communications and negotiations to reach an early resolution and to devise a cost-effective approach for clients. Pamela is dedicated to providing clear communications to clients throughout the legal process to ensure they stay informed in every phase of litigation.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Pamela represented major insurance companies as an in-house litigator in general liability matters, and she has tried cases and handled matters in mediation. Pamela is a nine-year veteran of law enforcement, during which she provided field training for new recruits and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal and Police Officer of the Year.
