Paul Acker practices primarily in insurance defense, civil litigation, premises liability, construction defect litigation, and transportation liability. With more than 30 years of experience, Paul has successfully defended hundreds of clients ranging from hotel/casinos, corporations, and subcontractors to everyday individuals involved in automobile accidents.

Paul has handled first-party and third-party claims as well as hundreds of mediations and arbitrations. During law school, he clerked with the Organized Crime Strike Force. Paul brings a detailed-oriented and results-based approach to each case. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Paul was a partner with Regional and National firms.
