Payton Nwoko maintains a versatile civil litigation and transactional practice, representing clients in contract disputes, contractor licensing matters, intellectual property issues, business entity disputes and dissolutions, commercial and residential lease disputes, property and land division disputes, and other complex business matters. She also has experience handling class actions, wage and hour claims, employment disputes, and appellate matters.
Payton has guided clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and motion practice through discovery, mediation, trial preparation, and resolution. Her experience includes appearing at court hearings and pretrial conferences, handling ex parte applications, conducting and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing critical motions, including demurrers and motions to quash. Drawing on both litigation and transactional experience, she delivers practical counsel tailored to clients’ business and legal objectives.
