Petras Sidrys represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, premises liability, product liability, and negligent security. Additionally, Peter is well-versed in handling insurance defense and coverage disputes, including bad faith claims

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Peter worked at a national firm where he gained significant litigation experience across a wide range of practice areas. Previously, he worked as a title officer and underwriting counsel at a title insurance business in Tampa, Florida, and was senior claims counsel at a Fortune 500 title insurance company, where he handled coverage determinations, insurance claims, and claims against title and escrow offices. Peter leverages his extensive background in the title insurance industry to bring unique insight to the challenges companies and carriers face, and to identify easily overlooked details that often provide efficient solutions to clients’ complex problems.
