Phenisha Bresnock is an experienced litigator with an extensive background in insurance litigation defense and alternative dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to trucking disputes, including matters involving fatalities, and motor vehicle accident liability. In addition, Phenisha effectively defends hospitals and medical professionals against medical malpractice and professional negligence claims. She also is well-versed in representing creditors in various stages of debt collection recovery. Phenisha’s multifaceted experience, industry knowledge, and creative solutions enable her to consistently deliver favorable outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Phenisha worked at an established civil litigation firm, where she primarily handled insurance and liability defense matters. Previously, she gained valuable experience representing homeowner associations and condominiums at an Atlanta metropolitan area practice. Phenisha also served as a Health Law and Policy Analyst with the Georgia Senate, where she conducted research and drafted multiple legislative initiatives which became governing law in Georgia.
