Daniel Tranen (Partner-Edwardsville | Missouri) will present “Risk Management for Therapists” at the Psychotherapy Saint Louis Spring Ethics Event to be held May 24, 2019, in St. Louis, Missouri. Therapists have potential liability for how they communicate with patients, maintain and share records, and deal with the judicial system − particularly in response to subpoenas and other records requests. Daniel will address these issues and answer risk management questions during this three-hour seminar.
