Susan Schwartz (Partner-Dallas, TX) is a member of the faculty for the School of Professional Lines, Level Three, at the CLM Claims College to be held August 16–19, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland. Attendees will gain an understanding of advanced coverage issues; e-Discovery management; ways to avoid allegations of bad faith; how to work with and manage independent counsel; how to navigate relationships with internal and external business partners; enhance presentation skills; and the principles of management.
