Quieysha C. McDougle

Quieysha McDougle represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters throughout North Carolina. Her practice focuses on defending general liability, automobile, trucking, and premises liability claims. She provides her clients with pragmatic, proactive approaches to resolving disputes.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Quieysha worked in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Bureau. In that role, she independently managed high-volume court calendars, drafted and argued complex motions, presented evidence before multiple grand juries, and conducted witness interviews. She draws on this experience to develop effective litigation strategies and advocate for her clients.
