Dal Burton has more than 40 years of litigation and trial experience serving large manufacturers and transportation companies. During his career, he has successfully defended product manufacturers and other businesses in complex products liability cases and other mass tort matters in both federal and state courts across the United States. He also has defended businesses in complex commercial matters around the Southeast.

Recently, Dal secured complete defense verdicts on behalf of a product manufacturer in a six-month jury trial in state court in Missouri and a three-week jury trial in state court in Florida. While he enjoys the courtroom and prepares each case for that eventuality, Dal remains sensitive to the rising costs of litigation and always seeks a resolution short of trial that is consistent with his clients' financial and business objectives.
