As Wilson Elser’s assistant general counsel and conflicts of interest counsel, Rachael O’Day advises the firm and its attorneys on conflicts, ethics and risk management issues. She assists the Office of General Counsel with various matters, including resolving complex conflicts of interest and advising on ethics questions.
