Rachel Robinson is an appellate lawyer who represents clients in civil litigation matters in Oregon appellate courts, Washington appellate courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
In addition, Rachel assists trial counsel with complex pre-trial motions and trial preparation (motions in limine, jury instructions and trial memoranda). She has worked on a broad range of cases, including malpractice (legal, medical, insurance), product liability, premises liability, parental liability and general liability cases.
