Rebecca A. Shriram

Rebecca Shriram represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, personal injury and premises liability. Rebecca handles a wide array of insurance coverage matters and insurance defense litigation on behalf of companies and insureds.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Rebecca worked at a Massachusetts defense firm, where she gained valuable experience handling complex tort litigation. Prior to her defense practice, Rebecca was a plaintiff's attorney at a large firm representing individuals in motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents and other personal injury claims. Rebecca's past plaintiff work enables her to anticipate claims and areas of potential liability and damages, bringing valuable insight to her crafting effective defense strategies.
