Rebecca Zilberman represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, personal injury and insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Rebecca worked at a national insurance defense firm in Los Angeles, where she developed her skills defending automobile /trucking cases, premises liability matters, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. Rebecca has successfully settled several cases in the early stages of litigation and pre-litigation.
