Rebecca has handled appeals before the United States Supreme Court, Florida Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Iowa Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and Fifth Circuit, and all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal. Her appellate expertise covers a wide range of legal practice areas, including religious liberty, sports and entertainment law, insurance defense, personal injury, real estate litigation, community association law, education law, election law, and product liability.
Rebecca has obtained many precedent-setting decisions in Florida, including but not limited to decisions involving insurance defense, personal injury, qualified immunity, and torts.
