Robert A. Rosado

Robert Rosado represents property owners, construction managers, general contractors, and public entities in complex civil litigation involving New York Labor Law, premises liability, municipal liability, and other high-exposure person injury claims. His practice draws on a diverse background spanning civil litigation, criminal prosecution, forensic consulting, and national security.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Robert represented insurers, commercial real estate owners, and other institutional clients in premises liability, automobile liability, and general negligence matters at an AmLaw 100 firm. He also served as a senior consultant for a Big Four accounting firm, advising multinational corporations and outside counsel on commercial disputes, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.

Earlier in his career, Robert served as an assistant district attorney, prosecuting criminal matters and conducting complex investigations. He also served with the Defense Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Army, where he led analytical and investigative efforts in support of senior government decision-makers and operational forces. His military training includes completion of the U.S. Army Intelligence School’s Intelligence Analyst Course, which provided a foundation in intelligence analysis, investigative techniques, and strategic assessment.
