Robert Marotta represents large companies and individuals in civil matters. His practice focuses on defending claims related to general and premises liability, construction, and New York State Labor Law and related litigation.

In addition to his civil litigation work, Robert provides extensive pro bono services in the entertainment industry, focusing on complex commercial transactions, intellectual property licensing, and content production. He has served the local New York City artist community through work with organizations including Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and the Greenpoint Film Festival.
