Ron Webster has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ron served as captive counsel for a major insurance carrier, defending clients in a wide variety of complex claims from inception through trial. He has litigated hundreds of cases including catastrophic injury claims, trucking accidents, commercial construction injury claims, and premises liability matters. Ron has litigated numerous claims to trial in both Washington and Oregon.

Ron has successfully represented hundreds of clients in state and federal courts in complex tort matters. His experience ranges from low-speed vehicle incidents (LSVIs) with over-inflated claim of injury to multiparty complex injury and wrongful death matters. Ron specializes in defending companies facing catastrophic injury claims, zealously representing his clients from case inception, collaborating with experts, and working to final resolution by trial or through negotiated settlement.
