Samantha (Sam) Taylor is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than a decade of experience in insurance defense, commercial transportation law, and complex civil litigation. With a deep understanding of insurance law, litigation strategy, and regulatory changes, she is committed to delivering effective, results-driven legal representation. Sam has significant experience handling excess-exposure personal injury cases, wrongful death, Dram Shop liability, transportation negligence, and errors and omissions.

In addition to her current practice, Sam has an eight-year in-house insurance background during which she was responsible for all aspects of litigation and pre-suit litigation matters, including, but not limited to, declaratory actions, contract disputes, general negligence, first- and third-party automobile, collision and salvage disputes, and commercial transportation. She prides herself on assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a case in the early stages to devise a litigation plan that effectively contains expenses.
